<p style="padding-bottom:1em;">Red Dot Arms is sponsoring a new contest! The prize will be a custom Glock 17 Gen 4 (valued at $1,200). The gun is painted with Duracoat and comes with cut outs along the slide, ported barrel, red dot sight, and silencer sights. Please read the rules below to find out how you can get a chance to win this gun. </p>

<li style="padding-bottom:1em;">Members need to create 25 posts on the forum for a chance to be put into the draw. There is no limit on how many times you can be put into the draw. </li>
<li style="padding-bottom:1em;">
The contest will end when we reach 15,000 forum posts.
</li>
<li style="padding-bottom:1em;"> 25 posts gives you 1 chance out of 200 to win.
</li>
<li style="padding-bottom:1em;">
Winner must have a valid FOID card or out of state driver's license. Winner must be at least 21 years of age to qualify and will need to complete appropriate firearm transfer paperwork. Winner is subject to waiting period, per Illinois State and federal law. Out of state winners are responsible for FFL transfer fee. Red Dot Arms will pay for the shipping fees. </li>

I'm kind of thrown by the event line as well. Is it that we should recommend others to the site?

Previous post will not count. Only post going forward. The event line means that if there is some reason that you could not pick up the gun right away, they we can arrange something. We will not be having a formal event for the draw.

Oh, we can do a meeting for the drawing. We just didn't plan anything becuase we don't know how long (in time) the contest will last. Hard to plan a date at this time.
