Conceal Carry Renewal - javiers007 - 05-12-2015
Does anybody know what the renewal price is in Illinois for a Conceal Carry license?
RE: Conceal Carry Renewal - Dutz - 05-12-2015
They are good for 5 years, so I haven't given it much thought.
RE: Conceal Carry Renewal - Rodney - 05-12-2015
Per what I have, unless it's been changed.
Quote:Section 50. License renewal.
Applications for renewal of a license shall be made to the
Department. A license shall be renewed for a period of 5 years
upon receipt of a completed renewal application, completion of
3 hours of training required under Section 75 of this Section,
payment of the applicable renewal fee, and completion of an
investigation under Section 35 of this Act. The renewal
application shall contain the information required in Section
30 of this Act, except that the applicant need not resubmit a
full set of fingerprints.

Man...IL just does not want you to carry concealed. To many restrictions and costs. All we had to pay here in OR was a $65 one time fee to the State and a $50 fee to the County. Every 4 years we just have to pay the County fee, which is not up to $60 and we have fewer restrictions of places we can't carry. Only two enemy's of our weapons, Rust and Politicians!
RE: Conceal Carry Renewal - AcilletaM - 05-17-2015
Maybe it is about not wanting to allow conceal carry but IL never passes up the opportunity to tax and fee us.
