I am looking for something in 40 caliber. I am torn between Glock, S&W, and Springfield. What are your personal experiences with these brands. I have shot all three. I just am needing some past experiences.

I love the Springfields, but it has to be what feels and fits best to you.
Dry fire them all and get yourself a good grip on it. If not sure on proper grips, stop by and we'll show you.
