Once you watch the show you do realize it is pretty good. It is interesting to see what these guys design and make in a matter of hours.

My youngest daughter and I watch it together. It's like Chopped on Food Network but manlier. I still can't believe how badly that one guy messed up his knife on this week's episode. Took what should have been a good knife and made it a wallhanger. I told my daughter not to be surprised if it broke where the tang met the blade.
