Non-citizens voting the newest 'civil right' - LisaJarratt - 08-11-2017 Non-citizens voting the newest 'civil right' RE: Non-citizens voting the newest 'civil right' - British Gunner - 08-12-2017 As a naturalized citizen I take my rights very seriously. I spent time and money to become a US citizen because I wanted to be a part of this great country. If you are not a citizen, legal or otherwise you don't get a say, plain and simple. What happens when the illegals or ever legal non-citizens outnumber and outvote the citizens? I do not want to think of what would happen but more and more States are allowing this practice. RE: Non-citizens voting the newest 'civil right' - BelieveIn308 - 08-12-2017 We need to begin hanging the illegals. They are nothing more than thieves. We used to hang thieves, now they have their own political party and vote. America is heading down the Socialist path if we don't stand up for Liberty and Freedom. For the Brits, they never had a taste of real Liberty and Freedom. RE: Non-citizens voting the newest 'civil right' - British Gunner - 08-12-2017 Well of course, I am going to have to take exception to that believein308. We did have that little thing called the Magna Carter, we did fight two world wars to maintain Britain's freedom and Europe. True Britain has given up many freedoms lately, but Brexit is a good first step in bringing back lost liberties. We just both need to get out from under the yoke of big government. Socialists believe in big government, 5 year plans, central planning and replacing private enterprise with state run monopolies in healthcare and education. Under the guise that government can do a better job running these things, when it really is all about control, just as Hitler laid out in Mein Kampf. Socialism/Communism, and big government are not something a people that believe in Freedom and Liberty should ever want.
