I just got the Spring catalog for College of Lake County. It offers Conceal Carry License Training CPER 40-001 and charges $299 for three sessions. Taught by a J. Jonak.
There is also an 8 hours course for those that have already completed eight elsewhere, and a 12 hour course option for those with only four hours.
Just surprised me of the irony of a college offering a class for those that can't utilize that training on campus.
