Sahara - ssphoto - 02-08-2015
One of my favorite "war" movies is Sahara, with Humphrey Bogart et al. I just discovered a remake with Jim Belushi which almost exactly copies the original Bogart word for word; only minor exceptions.

I really enjoyed Belushi's remake.
One thing I enjoyed is the scene where Belushi captures the German Luftwaffe pilot and is armed with his 1911 .45, and the German has his Luger P08 9mm. Belushi's gun just seemed much more threatening.

There is also Matthew McConaughey's version. Of course, it's a totally different movie and different plot, but it's called Sahara.

Yes, I like that movie too! I read the book years ago and there are obvious differences, but that didn't bother me.
