Well, I picked up a SCCY CPX-2 9mm
http://www.reddotarms.com/sccy-cpx-2-9mm...afety.html
This was purchased for our classes as a rental. Yes, I always tell the wife when i buy a gun. She never says anything, she truly is the best.
But...since that Day, I've also picked up a S&W 22LR blued revolver. This was a sued gun but I couldn't pass it on. This one will also added to the classes mix. Both these we purchased to share and try to encourage new shooters to have more options.

I've let quite a few of my friend use the Sccy pistol that I got from RDA. So far it's all been good response from them!

The last thing I bought was a Choate muzzle brake for my son's SKS. The rifle was the purchase before that for his 18th birthday.

I already posted the last thing that I bought but that might CHANGE today. The wife and I have to head to Eugene for a funeral and on the way home I am stopping by Cabelas and then stopping by one of my local gun stores called KC's Exchange. It operated by a short 86 yr old lady that is as sweet yet feisty as they come. Maybe a new toy today? I wonder what the stars are telling me?......

Frog Lube. First use of the stuff and considering the stinking CLP I used for 21 years, this stuff is heaven.

I know of 3 guys that have these pistols, they all think they are WONDERFUL carry guns for the price. I have fired a few magazines through one, and found that it functions perfectly, is fairly accurate, doesn't have awful recoil, and is pleasurable to shoot. What I didn't care for about it was the sights and the trigger. I found the trigger to be very heavy and I could not feel the reset consistently. But, I somehow liked the weapon. And for the price, it is a bargain.

I love my Frog Lube and my Slip 2000. Great stuff and the wife does not miss the smell.

A jacket for conceal carry, that won't print. Still looking for a warm weather carry method that isn't IWB. I think pocket holster is probably my next purchase.

After I clean the gun and magazines I run a few snap caps through. Let's me know if anything isn't quite right, like the spring in a magazine not seated quite right.

Snap caps are also good to have when dry firing a weapon. They protect the firing pin from taking damage.
