Anyone use Ambidextrous Safety Selectors in the AR platform? I see there are advantages (maybe) and they are not terribly expensive so the cost may be negligible. Customize with or without?

Check out the Strike Industries ambi selector. You can customize the setup of each lever (short, long, thin profile, etc...) I run a standard lever on the left but a short lever on the right. I find the short lever doesnt interfere with my hand when i'm working the trigger. I use a very close grip.

Do you find having the ambi selector helpful? If you were to build or if you had more than one rifle/pistol in the AR platform would you prefer to have the ambi selector?

I have multiple AR's, but only one ambi selector, mostly due to budget. I will probably swap out another one.

That does help a lot. Thank you. I may just buy enough to outfit all of my units.
