Today I picked up a brand new CasePro-100 from Mike at CasePro. I mounted a new Dillon 550B case feeder on it, plugged it in and started debulging .40 S&W. Without this machine I would debulge manually with a Lee Bulge Buster setup which is effective but very labor intensive. This unit runs at 30 cases per minute, which is not fast but slow and steady wins the race. The case feeder makes much more noise than the unit itself. I purchased .40 S&W and .38/.357 Mag dies so shortly I will have .40 S&W and .357 Mag ammo available in bulk. If you have clean cases, send me a PM on debulging. I will likely have this unit running in Trevor and can swap unbulged for bulged cases with you for a low cost. No more fear of a stuck (i.e. previously shot in a Glock I,II or III .40) case in your gun !

I am going to Trevor tomorrow to finish the .357 brass and a couple 1000 nickel .40's. I managed to break a plastic bolt (intentionally plastic to break and avoid further damage) when a mangled case stuck half way down the feeder. With some good advice on the phone from the owner Case Pro I am back in business. The machine is quite simple but there is a lot of thought put into the simplicity. I'll see if I can make a video and post it in the next couple days.

Here is a video of the machine running .357 Mag brass. It runs 30 cases a minute. I knew my glock fired brass in .40 was an issue, but had no idea the that a lot of my .357 Mag brass was also a bit swelled. This machine runs a 5 Gal bucket of brass in a few hours. The brass needs to be polished again after running through the machine just to keep it nice and shiny. Not a problem with a concrete mixer... Here is a link to the video:
