For the guys that have the Remora. What gun do you use it with and did you get the reinforced opening or soft opening?

The gun in the pics I posted is a SIG P239. my holster has the soft opening. With this type of holster, I wasn't worried about reholstering, and thought the reinforced opening would add too much girth to the rig. I'm trying to make the gun as easy to conceal as possible.

YMMV

Did you get the holster with the Denier inside or the fluff?

I just received mine last week. I got the basic one but with the extended sweat shield. So far it's been pretty enjoyable to use. It stays put a lot better than I thought it would honestly. But it's comfortable too

I agree, I'm very happy with mine.

Just got the Remora in the mail today for the Mod 2. Will let you know how it is. Just by looking at it the quality is definitely there. And this stuff is very grippy ( if that is a word) and stays in the waistband even without a belt.

Just ordered 3 Remora Holsters. One for my ankle to fit my G42. An IWB to fit my G42 (I wanted them separate) and the IWB to fit my G27.

After I see how these fit I will order an IWB for my G30, an OWB for my G19 then a OWB and a IWB for my G23.

Can't wait!

The remoras are nice for a quick grab and go if you are in a hurry. There are a couple of nice things about them. Once you place it inside your waist it stays and give you any adjustability you need. Also if you know you are going to a place or two that is not conceal carry friendly it is easy to remove and put back in. I think if you had to dress nice for a wedding or something it would work out nicely due to it being a little thinner without kydex.

Yeah, really can't wait until mine get here. I really like the comfort of my current ankle holster but the Remora looks pretty comfortable also. I am not the thinnest guy in the world so the IWB holster will work on my side but not in the front.

Just got my Remora's in. Already took the hairdryer to fit them to my Glocks. Love the Ankle Holster it does fit nice and feels REALLY secure.
